Dr. Philip Dreisbach, MD founded DHO in 1978. Prior to starting DHO, Dr. Dreisbach served as Director of the Emergency Department at San Marta Hospital, East Los Angeles, CA as well as serving in the United States Air Force as a Major, Department of Medicine, Barksdale Air Force Base Hospital, Bossier City, LA.

Dr. Dreisbach also served one year as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, Milton S. Hershey School of Medicine, Hershey, PA and eight years as Assistant Clinical Professor, Division of Medical Oncology, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA.
